Glass is the true star of the table in 2008. Natural and sophisticated, designers are rediscovering this material to create not just glasses, but also plates and cutlery for table settings that never go out of fashion.
Alongside timeless classics, like the plate with concentric circles created by Finnish designer Aino Aalto in the ’30s, there are modern ideas that ingeniously combine transparency and colour. This is the route chosen by Bormioli Rocco, which unveils a number of new products for autumn, including the Ceralacca Summertime range. Cooking Kids

Everything revolves around the kitchen. People are naturally drawn to this room of the house and kids are no exception. Whether its watching a parent or adult role model cook or getting the opportunity to help prepare a meal, children welcome the opportunity to be in the kitchen where the action is.

Teaching and allowing little ones to cook and help prepare meals is a great way to help them develop an appreciation for a variety of foods and tastes. Kids are more apt to eat what they have been allowed to help prepare. So if you have the time, and in some cases the patience, you should take the time to show your little ones how to cook. And just think, the day will come when you will be invited to their house for a meal. By creating a solid foundation as a child, you will be assured of a great meal. Until then, find some time to show your little ones the fundamentals of cooking, no matter how simple the meal or dish is.

What Consists Of A Bodybuilder’s Breakfast?

It is a well-known fact that breakfast is one of, if not THE most important meal of the day. Yet strangely enough, most people either skip breakfast altogether, or they go about it half-heartedly. A donut and a cup of coffee is the all too common breakfast of most individuals. As a bodybuilder, having a good powerful breakfast to kick-start the day is crucial for building muscle, as well as maintaining energy levels and motivation.

Why Breakfast is Crucial

Let’s look at what the word “breakfast” actually means. It literally means the breaking of fasting caused by a night of sleep. Think about it, as a bodybuilder it is crucial to eat every four to six hours, yet when you first wake up in the morning your body has not had any food for approximately 8-12 hours. By this point your muscles are screaming for some kind of sustenance, and that coffee and donut are not going to cut it! The one exception to eating breakfast right after you

A Citrus Colored Wedding Palette

The citrus colors of yellow, orange, and lime green make a fresh and lively color palette. They would be beautiful colors to use for a spring or summer wedding, especially one which is outdoors. These are some great ideas on how to design a gorgeous wedding using a citrus color palette.

Yellow, orange, and lime are all pretty colors on their own, but used together they are even better. They are just so upbeat and would lend a very cheery attitude to a wedding and reception. The citrus colors are easy to incorporate into the various elements throughout your wedding, beginning with the flowers. Create bouquets using lemony yellow roses, lime green hydrangeas, and orange sweet peas for bouquets which are sweet and romantic. If you prefer a more modern style, try tightly packed clusters of carnations in your citrus colors fashioned into pomander balls instead of traditional nosegays. A fun option for a casual wedding is gerbera daisies in yellow and

The Important Of Sweet Potato

POTATOES scientifically named Solanum tuberosum are the most efficient fuel for energy production, which can also be stored as glycogen in muscle and liver, functioning as a readily available energy source for prolonged, strenuous exercise. The sweet potato usually have yellow or orange flesh, and its thin skin may either be white, yellow, orange, red or purple. Some yams are shaped like a potato, being short and blocky with rounded ends, while other times, the potato will be longer with tapered ends just like a yam.
