How to Smoke Hookah

While taking a deep breath through the lavishly decorated hose, the taste of orange rushes through my mouth and into my lungs. The hookah is beautifully decorated, a beautiful base with gold and white décor. It stands 35 inches tall with its stainless steel stem. Some cultures frown upon the rapidly growing popularity of hookah smoking, while other cultures have been embracing it for centuries.

There are a few things to consider if you are new to hookah. If you have not purchased a hookah already, you should ask yourself these questions:

*How many people at a time will be smoking out of the hookah?

*Do you want to transport the hookah to different locations semi-frequently?

*Is durability a large concern for you? (Are little cats or dogs possibly going to bump it over)

If you will be the main person smoking and very rarely have 2 or 3 people smoking the hookah, then a single hose hookah is a good choice. Some of the hookahs are more

Salads, Dressing, Spices And Deserts In A Raw Food Lifestyle

This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni’s The Healthiest Year of Your Life, which can be found at http://thehealthiestyearofyourlife.com. In this excerpt, Nomi Shannon shares on salads, dressings, spices and desserts in a raw lifestyle.

The Healthiest Year of Your Life with Nomi Shannon, raw gourmet, author and raw food educator.

Kevin: Let’s talk about salad again. Like you said, it’s sometimes tough or you get bored with salad. What are some of the things you can do to spice up some greens in a salad?

Nomi: I really think the secret of the salad is the dressing. I remember when I worked at Hippocrates, Annamarie Clements was speaking and she told us about a young girl who was very ill and was really having a hard time. They don’t just eat salads; they have a ton of sprouts in them. She said to Annamarie, if only her favorite dressing could be in it she’d be able to eat it better. They went out and bought

Healthy Cranberry Walnut Muffins to Start Your Day Off Right

Who says eating healthy foods has to taste bad?  One of the ways to improve your diet is to use more healthy ingredients in your favorite foods.  The change will be so subtle you will hardly notice and it’s a good way to sneak healthier foods into your family’s diet.  These delicious Cranberry-Walnut Muffins use whole-wheat flour which is a healthier choice over all-purpose flour.  Oats are another of the ingredients and they are scientifically proven to be healthy.  Walnuts are healthy and should be a weekly part of anyone’s diet.  Diabetics can also enjoy this tasty muffin by making a few simple changes.  Use 1/2 cup less 1 tablespoon Splenda instead of Sugar.  Add 1 tablespoon of Sugar with the Splenda.  For the applesauce, use no-sugar-added applesauce (actually a good idea for anyone) instead of regular applesauce.

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup

Herbal Breast Massage for More Attractive Bust Line

Breast massage is one of the oldest and most valued techniques for breast enhancement. It has been practiced for many years to promote breast health, size, shape and firmness. It is primarily used to promote circulation with the help of herbal oils. It is one of the best ways to produce a more attractive bust line.

Breast massage can help to make your bust line more attractive, and can sometimes even make your bust line larger. It is the best way to drain the lymph nodes surrounding the breasts. This will also get rid of any built up toxins that can cause cancer or other ailments. It has been used in many health spas to promote breast growth, lymphatic drainage, and for after surgery care for women who have had mastectomies, minor breast surgery, or another injury to the breast, because it breaks down scar tissues, and stimulates healing and new tissue growth.

In this article you will find how to give the right breast massage with herbal oils. Use an

Sudbury Housekeeper – Bathroom housekeeping tips

Windows and Mirrors

In a 32 oz. spray bottle, add 1/3 cup white (clear) vinegar and 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol. If you must have a different cleaner, add 1 tablespoonful dishwasher detergent.

Bathtubs and Showers

Alkaline deposits in the water supply cause spots on your glass doors and shower walls. Apply any car wax to the walls and doors, but ensure you do NOT place any on the floor or it gets real slippery and unsafe. Fiberglass and glass are poriferous. The car wax seals those pores, which constitutes easier cleaning and keeps water spots to a minimum. Do this every six months. If you are using a housekeeper service you may wish to mention this to them.

Squeegee or rub down your shower after every use to prevent buildup of soap scum. If you’re fed up of combatting the soap scum, switch to a liquid soap, natural soap or Dove. It’s the talc in soaps that causes the soap scum. Switching soap can

HOME COOKING: Hard Rock Cafe Recipes You Can Cook At Home – Rock Your World Chicken Quesadillas – prepare a delicious meal to impress family, friends

With its classic Rock & Roll theme and great chef-prepared meals, the HARD ROCK CAFE is a fantastic place to eat.

Back in the 70′s, Eric Clapton – the original guitar god, founder of Cream and Derek & the Dominoes, writer of the immortal “Layla” – liked to eat at this quirky American restaurant in London, England, called the Hard Rock Cafe.

The diner was this funky old building that used to be a Rolls Royce dealership. It was run by a couple of young American guys who liked to keep it loose. Hard Rock Cafe was an instant classic. You could be yourself at the Hard Rock. It was good food and a good time.

So Clapton got to be friends with the American duo and asked them to save him a regular table – put up a brass plaque or something. And the young proprietors said, “Why don’t we put up your guitar?” They all had a chuckle, and he handed over a guitar, and they slapped it on the wall.

No one thought much more about it.
